The fastest and best way to get ahold of us is through email.
We will respond to you within a timely manner.
You may return most items sold by AshbaSwag.com within 30 days of
delivery for a refund of the product prices only. Shipping will not be refunded.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, or vinyl
record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Any Underwear garments
Any clothing missing original tags
Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
Any returns will only be refunded the product purchase price.
The shipping for the shipment will not be refunded.
Please send your return in a package to us and we will then issue a refund
of the purchase price.
Include a note with your name and address, and list of items you are returning or
exchanging. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to
receive and process your return or exchange. We'll credit or refund the
value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were
charged (excluding delivery and handling charges). Adjustments to
credit cards will be made should appear within two billing cycles.
